Workflow:

1. Set up web scraping environment with necessary libraries (BeautifulSoup, Selenium).
2. Authenticate to Tender247 using provided credentials or API access.
3. Extract tender details: ID, Title, Department/Issuing Authority, Location, EMD Amount, Tender Value, Submission Date, EMD Date, Document Link for yesterday’s date.
4. Apply filters: Remove tenders with EMD amount between ₹1 and ₹1,00,000; keep those with EMD blank/not specified or greater than ₹1,00,000; remove bank tenders based on issuing authority keyword match.
5. Sort filtered data by EMD Date in ascending order (earliest deadline first).
6. Append cleaned rows to a single master Google Sheet without overwriting or creating new tabs. Add “Run Date” column at the start of each row and maintain consistent headers across runs.
7. Export daily appended rows as PDF and auto-post to designated Slack channel with filename timestamped.
8. Schedule automation for daily execution at 7:00 AM IST.
9. Implement failure alerts via Slack for scraping, zero results, sheet append, and PDF/Slack upload failures. Include timestamp and error message in each alert.
